You may terminate your membership at any time; you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. parichayvivah.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to parichayvivah.com. If parichayvivah.com terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect including sections 4,5,7,9 -11, inclusive, of this Agreement.

Non-Commercial Use by Members:Membership at parichayvivah.com is for the personal use of individual members only, it is deemed that the member agree not to post any content or views that may be considered threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable or act illegally or otherwise harass another user; impersonate another or use the site for any commercial purposes. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to parichayvivah.com or otherwise. Businesses, Organizations, and companies may not become members of parichayvivah.com and should not use the parichayvivah.com service or Site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

6. Member Disputes: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other parichayvivah.com Members. parichayvivah.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

7. Disputes:If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, you agree by using the site that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Pune, India only.

Disclaimers & Limitation on Liability:parichayvivah.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential, damages. 11. Declaration: Parichayvivah.com will not be responsible for truthiness of content provided by members on this site. You are requested that while choosing your partner from listed profile kindly enquire carefully and take your decision on your own risk. Please remember that parichayvivah.com never suggest you any member’s profile.

Furthermore, we have no agents appointed for match making and no physical office anywhere. The entire process—listing a profile and viewing listed profiles—is conducted exclusively online. Membership activation is also an online and automatic process, and membership cannot be purchased from anywhere other than our official website from your login page only.

If anyone approaches you claiming to be from our office, as our agent, or in any other capacity, and asks you for payment, do not make any payment and report it to us immediately. Please note that if you make any such payment, parichayvivah.com will not be responsible.

12.Membership-Profile Limit: As a paid member of this site, your selected membership plan specifies a maximum limit on the number of member profiles you can view. This limit is simply a cap and does not guarantee that the same number of profiles will always be available for viewing. The availability of profiles depends solely on the number of active listings at any given time. parichayvivah.com bears no responsibility to make a specific number of profiles available as per your plan limit.

13. Profile Verification: “verified information” for a profile only means that the mobile number or email ID has been technically verified through our tools. It does not imply that the profile is genuine or that all the details are accurate. Ensuring the authenticity of a profile is the personal responsibility of each member.

Before taking any decision regarding marriage, members must personally verify all details and make an informed decision. When contacting any profile, always communicate in an appropriate and professional manner, keep your family informed, and arrange any meetings with family involvement. No financial transactions should be made with any member. All profile-related details must be obtained and verified personally.

Our service is strictly profile listing and not matchmaking, and parichayVivah.com will not be held responsible for any decisions you make based on the profiles listed on the platform.

14. Other:This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the parichayvivah.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and parichayvivah.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect
